Malcolm X 's killer will be released from prison

Publié le 21 Mars 2010

According to the New York Times, Thomas Hagan, the only man who confessed to killing Malcolm X, will be paroled from his New York prison in late April.
Hagan had applied for parole 16 times prior to his last attempt.
Each request was denied ... until now.
While in prison, he earned a master's degree and currently serves only two days in lockup a week, due to a work release program he began in 1988. Hagan believes there is no longer a reason why he should be imprisoned.
